Practices safe food handling and storage techniques. Minimum Education § High School diploma or equivalent or evidence of obtaining. Minimum Work Experience § Prior experience in healthcare food service desirable. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities § Ability to follow oral and written instructions. § Demonstrates safe food handling skills. § Knowledge of proper temperature zones for hot and cold foods and refrigeration. § Knowledge of regular and modified diets. § Demonstrates excellent customer service standards. § Demonstrates moderate knowledge of basic computer skills.
