This Residential Surveyor position is for a forward-thinking and successful surveying practice who due to increased business levels, is seeking an experienced surveying professional to join their team on a consultancy basis, working a minimum of 2 days a week.
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:
1. Homebuyer (Level 2 Surveys)
2. Mortgage Valuations
3. Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time.
To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:
4. Minimum AssocRICS or higher
5. Strong track record in Surveying
6. Registered Valuer Status
7. UK Driving License
8. Attention-to-detail
9. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
What's on offer?
10. £30,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on agreed working days and workload)
11. Fee split on all Surveys Carried out
12. Paid Holiday
13. RICS and VRS fees paid (subject to conditions)
14. PI Insurance
15. Equipment, including an iPad, a mobile phone, and surveying equipment
Working arrangement:
