What You Will Do
* Ensure welds are performed to drawing and weld procedures
* Perform pre-weld visual fit up and welding equipment verification
* Perform post-weld visual inspection to ensure Quality requirements are achieved
* Define re-work and repair schemes and document accordingly
* Mentor and provide constructive feedback to Fitting and Welding Operators
* Undertake department spot checks to ensure TPM and continued NADCAP compliance
* Participate in RRCA investigations and support implementing robust corrective actions
* Support improvement activities to remove waste and improve efficiency

Qualifications We Prefer
* TIG Welding experience in Aluminum and Stainless / Nickel Alloys (essential)
* CSWIP Level 3.0 qualified (essential)
* Minimum City & Guilds Fabrication and Welding qualified or equivalent
* Knowledge of weld measurement techniques and equipment
