Your new role
1. Operating 360° excavators on a range of civil engineering and construction sites
2. Carrying out groundwork support as required
3. Working as part of a professional, fast‑paced site team
4. Ensuring safe operation and adherence to site regulations
What you'll need to succeed
5. Valid CSR/CPCS/NPORS card
6. Proven experience operating diggers on active construction sites
7. Strong work ethic and ability to work away from home
8. Reliability and goodmunication skills
