Your new role Be responsible for the delivery of high-quality, engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, ensuring all students are challenged and reach their full potential. Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and raise achievement. Contribute to the collaborative development of the Science curriculum. Support the wider school through enrichment and pastoral care. Inspire students to achieve their best, even in short-term placements. What you'll need to succeed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to high standards. Someone who can build positive relationships and fosters a supportive classroom environment as well as classroom behavioural management. Flexibility, resilience and a commitment to raising achievement. The right to work in the UK with an enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one.
