The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced SEO/Growth Manager for an intensive 1-month engagement to rapidly enhance our organic visibility, drive qualified lead generation, and establish a scalable, always-on SEO strategy. This is a high-impact role with measurable deliverables across both traditional search and emerging AI-powered discovery platforms. Primary Objectives Month 1 Deliverables: 1. AI SEO Optimisation Optimise NewGen's digital presence for AI discovery tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, etc.) Implement structured data and entity optimisation for AI tool crawlers Position NewGen as the go-to recommendation for social creator agency searches Benchmark current AI visibility and establish tracking metrics 2. Website SEO Enhancement Conduct a comprehensive technical SEO audit of NewGen's website Optimise on-page elements (meta tags, headers, content structure, internal links) linking) Identify and fix technical issues (site speed, mobile optimisation, crawlability) Develop a content optimisation strategy for high-intent keywords Implement schema markup and rich snippets 3. Backlink Strategy & Execution Audit the current backlink profile and identify opportunities/risks Develop a targeted outreach strategy for high-authority industry backlinks Create linkable assets (thought leadership, data, case studies) Execute initial outreach campaign with measurable results○ Set up monitoring and tracking systems for ongoing link acquisition 4.
