Role Description
We are seeking a Hotel Sourcing, Contracting & Connectivity Specialist responsible for managing commercial negotiations, technical connectivity, and long-term relationships with hotels and accommodation suppliers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Sourcing, negotiating, and closing contracts with hotels and accommodation providers across core markets.
* Ensuring all contracted rates, room types, content, and inventory are fully optimized, accurately mapped, and functioning seamlessly in our systems.
* Managing connectivity workflows including onboarding, rate loading, room mapping, content accuracy, and resolving any availability or rate issues.
* Monitoring commercial performance, competitiveness, margins, and conversion, and driving initiatives that improve revenue and availability.
* Working closely with product and tech teams to maintain high-quality integrations and ensure distribution accuracy.
* Developing and maintaining strong commercial and technical relationships with suppliers.
* Managing distribution needs to ensure we can effectively sell contracted inventory across all platforms.
* Supporting group sourcing and handling group requests when required.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sourcing, contracting, revenue/distribution, or accommodation partnerships.
* Strong commercial skills, negotiation ability, and understanding of hotel rate structures.
* Technical proficiency with hotel connectivity, APIs/XML, mapping, content management, and inventory workflows.
* Experience with hotel distribution from the seller’s side (optimizing inventory for sale on various platforms).
* Experience in group hotel sourcing or handling group accommodation requests.
* Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones.
* Fluency in English; additional languages such as Italian, Japanese, or Korean are an advantage.
