Job Description CK Group are recruiting for a Production Manager to join a chemical company at their site based in Alfreton, on a permanent basis.
This is a demanding role requiring a proven track record in leadership, planning, and production management within a manufacturing, chemical, or FMCG environment.
The salary for this role is £45-50K pa and the role is Monday- Friday on site.

Location:
This role is located in Alfreton.
Your main duties will be:
Take overall responsibility for the daily running of the production department.
Act as the “go-to” troubleshooter, resolving day-to-day production issues quickly and effectively.
Develop, monitor, and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet order deadlines and customer demand.
Balance workload against raw material availability, staffing levels, and machinery capacity.
Your Background:
Proven leadership experience in chemical, FMCG, or manufacturing production.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience at management level.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
