With continued expansion and significant investment across the group, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a Finance Director role within one of their largest divisions.Your new roleAs Finance Director, you will lead the financial management, reporting and operational finance activities for the division. This is a hands‑on andmercially focused leadership role, partnering closely with the senior leadership team.Key responsibilities:• Lead month-end, financial reporting, financial controls and statutory • Act as a senior business partner to Partners and operational leaders• Develop financial reporting packs, KPIs and analysis for strategic decision-making• Support acquisition integration and alignment of financial processes• Manage budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles• Drive process improvements, automation and financial discipline• Lead, support and develop a small finance team What you'll need to succeed• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (ACA beneficial)• Strong experience in financial control, reporting and month-end ownership• Background in professional services• Experienced in managing and developing small finance teams• Confident,mercially minded and able to partner effectively with senior stakeholders
