I am looking for a School Administration Manager who can do a temporary to permanent role, so you would need to be available immediately.
Your duties will include:
* Dealing with the school Finance
* Provide financial leadership and professional financial management for the school, including that of its extended facilities in accordance with the Academies Financial Handbook and administering payroll and pension-related functions.
* Deliver comprehensive financial planning, ensure robust financial systems and controls to safeguard finances and ensure efficiency and value for money (Management Accounts) .
* Dealing with any HR queries such as Payroll, starter and leaver packs
* Establishing and maintaining good relationships with all students, parents/carers, colleagues, suppliers, contractors and other professionals.
* Making sure that all communication with governors, professional bodies, outside agencies, are handled in a professional manor
* Implementing and reviewing administrative procedures and systems, by putting in place necessary controls and ensuring they comply with policies and procedures.
A DBS will be required for this role if you do not have one Reed can help you with this.
