Outbound Sales Team Leader – Lead, Inspire, and Drive Success
We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Outbound Sales Team Leader to join our growing Newcastle team.

You'll lead a talented team of Sales Advisors, driving performance through coaching, engagement, and strong leadership. You won't be making outbound calls yourself — instead, you'll be inspiring others to deliver results, build connections, and take pride in every conversation.
What You'll Do
* Lead, coach, and motivate a team of outbound sales advisors to achieve performance targets
* Create a positive, energetic, and supportive culture that people are proud to be part of
* Monitor performance and behaviour, providing feedback, guidance, and structured development plans
* Drive sales results through daily huddles, incentives, and one-to-one coaching
* Deliver engaging training sessions and play an active role in our Sales Academy programme
* Collaborate with other Team Leaders and Managers to share ideas and celebrate success
Where You'll Be Working
You'll Be Working at Arden House, Regent Centre, Newcastle Upon-Tyne. Very accessible with great transport links via bus and metro.

The London Mint Office is one of Europe's leading collectable coin and memorabilia specialists, helping customers celebrate history through beautifully crafted collections.
With almost 20 years of experience, we're expanding our operations and are excited to welcome Newcastle as our second contact centre.
What We Offer
* £28,500 basic salary + OTE £500 per month (uncapped commission)

Please note: This role will operate on a rotational shift pattern covering our operational hours of 9am – 8pm (Monday to Friday) and 10am – 5pm (Saturday).

* Proven experience in a sales team leader or coaching role (contact centre or similar environment)
* Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and engage individuals and teams
* A confident communicator who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Passionate about developing people, celebrating wins, and creating a culture of success
* Organised, resilient, and committed to maintaining high standards of performance and behaviour
Contract
Permanent, full-time (rotational shift pattern)
