Working Hours & Pattern
Full‑time, hybrid – attend office 60% of the time (at least 3 days a week). During training the first 5 days are in‑office.
Job Summary
Responsible for cancelling and retaining vehicle orders where possible, handling cancellation requests, reporting, improving processes, and building relationships with dealerships and manufacturers.
Responsibilities
* Process cancellation and retention of vehicle orders.
* Handle cancellation requests and communicate with drivers via email/phone.
* Provide reporting and identify process improvement opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with dealerships and manufacturers.
* Coordinate with Customer Service, Purchasing and Finance teams to ensure correct cancellation procedures.
* Maintain process maps and update on new vehicle market knowledge.
* Assist supervisor with ad‑hoc projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Warm, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality.
* Strong telephone manner with consultative approach.
* Experience with inbound and outbound calls, managing objections and reclaiming cancellations.
* Proactive planning, problem solving and prioritisation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage reorders.
* Attention to detail with a flexible approach.
* Experience with lease platforms (e.g., Leaselink) and Microsoft applications.
* Knowledge of lease or contract hire products (SS4C) is an advantage.
