We offer an extensive CPD programme. We are looking for dedicated and empathetic Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to join our awesome team of efficient and effective staff. You will have a passion to: work both inside and outside the classroom supporting pupils, some in small groups and others 1 to 1 help pupils to develop life skills and emotional regulation work alongside teachers and other specialist staff to provide a whole approach to learning celebrate progress in small steps think on your feet as no two days are the same have a genuine desire and motivation to improve the lives of young people with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
