I'm looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who has hands-on experience of shaping organisation design, talent strategy and compensation structures for revenue-generating/commercial teams in fast-growing organisations. You will be ensuring the team has the right talent, structure, and incentives to meet revenue goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
🤹 Act as a trusted advisor to sales leaders including using data to support decision making
🤹 Align people strategy with revenue targets and business plans
🤹 Support workforce planning and headcount decisions, including talent acquisition
🤹 Define success profiles for sales roles, identify skills gaps and implementing training
🤹 Drive performance management processes for sales teams
🤹 Partner with leadership to monitor and review commission and bonus plans
🤹 Support team structure, territories, and role clarity
🤹 Monitor engagement and attrition within sales teams
🤹Manage employee relations issues with a commercial mindset
🤹 Ensure HR policies and processes are applied effectively
Candidates must have experience acting as a HRBP in a sales or commercial set up.
DETAILS
📍Location: Ideally London 1 day a week, but open to fully remote (UK)
💰 Rate: £400 per day (inside IR35)
⏰ Start date: ASAP (within 2-3 weeks)
⌛ Duration: 3 months initial contract with potential to extend
