Kennedys is looking for a Risk Operations Manager to join our Risk & Compliance team within the newly formed Global Risk Operations function.

Team

Kennedys Risk & Compliance team handles a wide range of partnership and risk and compliance issues for the firm and acts as an in-house legal department assisting with regulatory and professional conduct enquiries as well as .

The team is based in London.

Key responsibilities

1. Responsibility for the management of a global Risk & Compliance helpdesk
2. Line management of team members
3. Provide administrative support for global insurance renewals
4. Management of global practicing certificate renewals
5. Supporting the Company Secretary in relation to Partner onboarding and exiting
6. Manage the team providing administrative support to Risk & Compliance globally
7. Assist with internal queries relating to tenders, policies and procedures
8. Management of the due diligence process
9. Ownership and management of the Risk & Compliance intranet site
10. Assistance with team newsletters and communications

Required experience

11. Previous experience as a high level administrator in a professional services environment
12. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
13. Proven organisational skills with a proactive attitude
14. Proven ability to deal with confidential matters with discretion
15. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
16. Excellent attention to detail.
