About the Role
* Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of food qaulity, service and guest satisfaction
* Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated back-of-house team
* Drive profitability while maintaining a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere
* Manage budgets, stock, and supplier relationships
* Champion quality, consistency, and innovation in food offerings
About You
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a busy pub, bar, or restaurant environment
* Strong food, health & safety knowledge
* Knowledge of fresh food and seasonal produce
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Commercial acumen with a track record of achieving targets
* Passion for great food and guest service
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
