This growing artisan bakery group is seeking an experienced and proactive General Manager to lead Front of House operations within their busy retail Bakery outlet. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in delivering seamless service, team leadership, and operational excellence.
About the Role:
* Bakery & Retail Management
* Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring a clean, organised and efficient environment
* Foster strong communication between bakers, FOH staff, and the wider management team
* Actively support and motivate staff on the floor, working closely with the Assistant Manager and Barista team.
* Manage weekly packaging inventory and coordinate distribution across all locations
* Rota & Staff Coordination
* HR duties
* Lead recruitment, and training for FOH staff team
About you:
* Proven experience in a similar management role
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Exposure to both retail and delivery operations
* Confident with rota management, payroll systems and admin tools
* Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive leadership style
* A passion for quality food, coffee, and great customer service
