In this fast-paced role, you'll play a key part in processing technical specifications, managing live project documentation, reviewing inspection reports, issuing guarantees, and handling enquiries from internal teams and clients. If you're technically minded, highly organised, and thrive in an administrative role with real responsibility we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support across the Technical Department
* Liaise with clients, Area Technical Managers, and Site Technicians
* Handle internal and external telephone enquiries
* Manage documentation for live projects and notifications
* Produce and process technical specifications
* Review inspection reports and issue guarantees
* Prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines
* Work with custom databases, Microsoft Word, and Excel
What We're Looking For:

* Strong spelling, grammar, and communication skills
