Production Operative
Location: LE67 1TZ
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour + bonuses
Shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 (Weekly rotational shifts)
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing operation based in LE67 1TZ. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience using hand tools and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Working on a production line/belt inspecting pallets
* Identifying damaged or broken pallets
* Removing defective pallets from the line
* Repairing pallets using hand tools
* Ensuring repaired pallets meet required quality standards
* Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
Requirements
* Previous experience using hand tools
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
* Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
* Ability to work rotational shifts
Pay & Benefits
* £12.21 per hour
* £1.00 per hour attendance bonus
* £0.36 per pallet repaired
* Weekly rotational shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00)
