The Role As an Accounts Administrator, youll play an integral part in the day-to-day running of the companys financial operations. This is a busy and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives on accuracy, and loves working as part of a close-knit team. Key Responsibilities Maintain Sales and Purchase Ledgers Carry out bank reconciliations and reconcile customer and supplier payments Raise invoices and produce customer statements Handle customer and supplier queries with professionalism and efficiency Prepare and submit VAT returns Produce financial reports to support analysis and decision-making Manage credit control and resolve payment queries Update stock levels within the accounts system Work confidently with QuickBooks to ensure smooth financial processes Assist with payroll and timesheet management About You Were looking for someone whos detail-driven, organised, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. Youll be comfortable taking initiative and enjoy being part of a team that values collaboration and accuracy.
