Offer description

Maintaining good team and customer communication, acting as the main point of contact for smooth daily operation for the site service team.

Working closely with subcontracted labour and quality department to run HSE checks, ensuring all required equipment is available on site in advance of scheduled works. Possesses good understanding market and customer demands, adhering to strict deadlines, whilst always representing the image of the Company and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

It is expected that responsibilities will include but not be exclusive of any other role requirements.

Pre job

1. Managing jobs from PO landing to create job packs. Labour/hire/consumable/ppe requirements etc. Lease with stores for site boxes to be filled and shipped.

2. Booking of hotels looking for any geographical savings for contractor locations and travel time

3. Coordinate delivery of spares before start date

4. Communicate with site supervisor in advance of start date to finalise any job requirements.

5. Training expiry management

6. Vehicle management

7. Lola and pat management

Live job

·Receive and process new requests for any additional hire, spares, consumables labour and accommodation. Be the single point of communication. Between internal and external.

·Communicate with Client/Site Manager to get approval for all extras – hours, hire, accommodation, manning etc.

·Weekly check ins with stl for update job

·Consolidate paperwork and inform the job is completed with no chargeable extras and is ready for invoicing.

·Organise collection of all hire from site on completion of works. To be arranged during the job whilst presence is on site.

·distribute close out report to the customer with follow up email upon completion of work.

·Lease with stores to empty site boxes and coordinate for next.

·Coordinate admin days

Daily/weekly/monthly tasks

·Monitoring of consumables and ppe for ss team

·Upload relevant documentation to CRM.

·Organising and booking engineer training when required.

·Related administrative tasks related to service division processes, including contractor approval and related HSE documentation to ensure safe and smooth job execution.

·Methodical and accurate with a good attention to detail.

·Happy to at times work to strict deadlines and the ability to plan work accordingly.

·Can work alone and use initiative but also a team player who can help and support others
