Murray Recruitment have a full time opportunity for an experienced Administrator based in Glasgow. This is a fixed term contract for six months. Supporting the Training and HR department, you will be responsible to ensure smooth function of Training & HR processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills. Responsibilities: Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and participant communications. Maintain training records and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Track employee training progress and follow up on completion and feedback. Maintain HR records, including personnel files and databases, with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy. Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job openings and scheduling interviews. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and schedules. Coordinate with various departments to ensure a comprehensive on-boarding experience for new employees. Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures, communicating changes to staff as needed.
