Conduct daily briefings with your team, highlighting VIP arrivals and setting goals to drive excellence. Regularly inspect guest rooms to guarantee flawless presentation and create unforgettable guest moments. Work closely with other hotel departments to deliver seamless service across the guest journey. Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to your team, supporting both quality outcomes and career growth. Collaborate with our in-house laundry team to keep operations smooth and efficient. Keep guests top of mind, tailoring the housekeeping service to meet their individual needs. Take responsibility for recruiting, training, and nurturing new talent within the department. Manage payroll, budgets, and forecasts effectively. Safeguard and manage lost-and-found procedures with diligence. Keep up-to-date with competitor standards to maintain our competitive edge. Perform additional duties as required to support the team and hotel success.
