Occupational Therapist – Witherslack Group
Salary: £45,123 – £53,603 (including paid school holidays) + excellent benefits
Location: Luxborough Court School – a purpose‑built school for 150 pupils aged 5-19 with autism, featuring a large sports hall, bespoke 6th form suite, outdoor spaces, and specialist therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities
* Support educational and residential colleagues to create therapeutic living and learning environments for young people.
* Conduct clinical assessments, develop formulation and deliver individualized interventions and engagement plans.
* Provide consultation, workshops, training and guidance to teaching and residential teams.
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure holistic care.
* Maintain accurate case documentation and contribute to team meetings.
Qualifications
* Qualified Occupational Therapist, registered with the HCPC.
* Experience delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
* Demonstrated ability to support and train teams, ensuring clinically informed learning environments.
* Confident, engaging, effective leader, trainer and model.
* Highly organised, proactive and ready to take initiative.
* Committed to achieving the best outcomes for young people.
