Part-Time Administrator - Luxury Retailer - Chichester
We are a luxury retailer in Chichester seeking an experienced PART TIMEadministrator (25-30hrs per wk) to join our team. This role is Monday to Friday with flexible hours and offers a salary of up to £30,000 per annum pro rata.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, record keeping, filing, and document management
Support daily office operations and team coordination
Maintain accurate records and systems using retail software, including Pursuit
Assist with internal communications and reporting
Skills and Experience Required
Previous administrative experience in a retail, luxury, or office environment
Strong computer literacy, confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and retail software systems
Knowledge of Pursuit software or similar systems is highly desirable (training provided)
Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
Professional, reliable, and discreet
