KS2 Teaching Assistant – Doncaster
Location: Doncaster
Start Date: After Easter 2026
Contract: Full-time, until Summer
Pay: £95 per day
Reed Education is currently seeking an experienced KS2 Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Doncaster. This is an excellent role for someone confident supporting upper KS2 pupils and familiar with the demands of SATS.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting KS2 learners
* Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, including core subjects
* Experience supporting pupils with SATS preparation and revision
* Understanding of a range of SEN needs
* Level 2 TA qualification is desirable
* Adaptable, supportive and confident working across the key stage
Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils during English, maths and wider curriculum lessons
* Deliver targeted interventions and SATS-focused support
* Assist teachers with planning, resources and group activities
* Work with individual pupils who need additional academic or SEN support
* Help maintain a positive, supportive classroom environment
