As the new Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both pupils and teaching staff, with the confidence to lead whole-class sessions independently when required. In this role, you will be working with pupils across KS2, KS3, and KS4, supporting a range of learning needs and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
