3B Training is an integral part of Morson Nexus. Morson Nexus nurtures future skills and ambition, from first professional steps to retraining, reskilling and pivoting.
3B Training has evolved from a small office of just five people in 2011 to a national company with offices and training venues across the UK. We have led from the front with technological innovation, becoming the first training provider in the UK to deliver an online CITB course back in 2020.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Training Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Blackburn. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative or coordination experience who thrives in a hands-on, people-focused role.
You'll be the key onsite support for our training delivery in our Blackburn office, working closely with our Course Team Manager and a wider team of 10 who support regional training centres across the business.
What you'll be doing
As the onsite “go-to” for training operations, you'll ensure the smooth running of our training programmes by:
Preparing training materials, coursework packs, and delegate resources
Greeting and registering delegates for onsite courses
Supporting occasional online course check-ins
Setting up training rooms and equipment
Managing course paperwork to ensure compliance
Handling general reception and facilities-related coordination (e.g., ordering office consumables)
Providing dependable administrative support to the wider training team
This is an onsite role due to its hands-on nature, and other than visiting Trainers and course delegates, you will often be the only person in the office.
What we're looking for
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Strong administrative or coordination experience
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
Confidence working independently with remote support
The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
A proactive, self-motivated approach
Experience within training or L&D is beneficial, but not essential.
Why join 3B Training?
You'll be joining a supportive, friendly team dedicated to delivering high-quality training experiences. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to be at the heart of our Blackburn training operations.
