Due to recent growth, Vivisol is hiring a Customer Service Administrator for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract at our modern office in Manor Royal, Crawley. The role involves administration, data entry and telephone support for patients, relatives and healthcare professionals.
Primary Duties & Areas of Responsibility
* Providing back‑office support to our patient coordinators
* Updating patient information and data entry
* Dealing with enquiries from patients
* Processing prescriptions and ensuring the correct equipment is given to patients
* Communicating with patients by phone, email, letter and SMS
* Reporting complaints and non‑conformance issues
* Providing support to patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals
Education, Qualifications and Expertise Required
* Standard DBS as part of the onboarding process
* 5 GCSEs including English language and Maths, or significant relevant work experience
* Effective telephone and communication skills
* Empathetic and problem‑solving ability
* Team player
* Trustworthy, reliable and ethical
* Good organisational skills
* Excellent computer skills and accuracy
