Employee Well-Being Initiatives Duties: Assist with month-end close and preparation of management accounts Support year-end audit processes and liaise with auditors Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Provide cover across sales, purchase, and treasury functions Assist with payroll processing as required Ensure compliance with VAT, PAYE, and other statutory requirements Maintain accurate financial records and support system/process improvements Handle general finance and administrative tasks as needed Criteria: Fully qualified Accounts Technician (IATI or equivalent) Minimum 2 years relevant experience Strong bookkeeping and accounts preparation skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel Payroll experience is desirable Strong attention to detail and organisational skills A great opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to develop within a supportive and well-rounded finance function.
