Are you a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for rehabilitation and older people’s care? We are looking for an experienced Band 6 Team Sister / Charge Nurse to join our 24-bed inpatient ward at Sheppey Community Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior clinical role within a supportive multidisciplinary team of around 30 staff members. You will work closely with the Ward Manager to support the day-to-day operational management of the ward while delivering and overseeing high standards of patient-centred care. You will: Hold a Nursing Degree Have current NMC registration Have experience working in an inpatient or rehabilitation setting Demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills Be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Have excellent communication skills Be confident using IT systems including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Be flexible to work rotational day and night shifts About The Company We change lives by transforming health and care.
