Milton Keynes (Hybrid Working)
£40,000 + OTE
Sphere Digital Recruitment are working with a global SaaS leader who continue to expand their customer success and account management function in the UK. They are looking for an Account Management Executive to take ownership of a portfolio of medium-sized business accounts, ensuring long-term growth, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
You’ll be responsible for building trusted relationships across multiple stakeholders, driving adoption of the platform, and uncovering up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise account value. This role offers the chance to join a market leader in cloud-based technology, where customer success and value are at the core.
The Role
 * Own and manage a portfolio of SMB/mid-market customer accounts
 * Drive renewals, upgrades, and cross-sell opportunities to achieve growth targets
 * Build strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers and influencers across client organisations
 * Create and execute tailored account plans with support from internal teams
 * Identify risks to renewal or adoption and mitigate effectively
 * Collaborate with customer implementation partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term value
 * Strengthen relationships through regular client engagement and face-to-face meetings
 * Forecast and track account performance, including renewal pipeline and upgrades
You
 * 3–5 years’ experience in SaaS/software, with 2+ years in Account Management (SMB or mid-market focus)
 * Track record of growing business within existing accounts and exceeding quota
 * Experience with SaaS applications such as CRM, ERP, HRMS or similar preferred
 * Strong consultative skills, able to position solutions and demonstrate value
 * Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
 * Comfortable working in a hybrid/remote setup and open to domestic travel for client meetings
 * Confident using CRM tools for account planning and reporting
