They must assess and monitor student progress, provide feedback to students and parents, and maintain accurate records of student development. The Class Teacher also plays a key role in creating a positive learning environment, managing classroom behaviour, and collaborating with colleagues and school leadership. Required Qualifications: Applicants must hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have previous experience in teaching. A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student learning are essential. Education: A degree in Education or a related field is required, along with the necessary teaching qualifications. Experience: Previous experience teaching primary school students is necessary for this role. Knowledge and Skills: The ideal candidate should possess strong behaviour and classroom management skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective time management skills. Being proactive, adaptable, and dedicated to student success are key attributes. Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications or training in specific teaching methodologies or subject areas would be advantageous. Working Conditions: The Class Teacher in Windsor will work in a primary school setting, following the school term calendar. They may be required to participate in extracurricular activities, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development sessions.
