We are seeking two Temporary Customer Experience Agents to join us for a 12-week contract during our peak sales period. In this role you will deliver a best-in-class customer experience by managing customer enquiries and escalations, building strong relationships, and ensuring service levels are consistently met. You will also be a brand ambassador for the Paul Smith Loyalty Program and will support customers with points collection, redemption, and account management.
The Role
Handle customer enquiries and escalations, ensuring SLA’s are maintained.
Be a brand ambassador for the Paul Smith Loyalty program, answering queries on points collection, redemption and account management.
Build and maintain relationships with Retail Stores and internal departments, providing feedback and recommendations for service improvements.
Confidently use internal systems to manage orders, cases, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
Stay informed on current customer experience trends, services, networks, and tools.
Support the Retail Operations team with key projects, initiatives, and ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Your Skills and Experience
Previous experience working within Retail Sales or a Customer focused role.
Highly computer literate, with experience using a CRM.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Previous administration experience.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately input data.
