The Ballinderry War Memorial Hall Management Committee is seeking to appoint a Project Manager to lead the delivery phase of the Ballinderry War Memorial Hall Restoration and Heritage Project. Supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund and other partners, the £1.2 million project will preserve the Halls historical significance while transforming it into a Living Memorial and sustainable community hub.Contract: 2-year fixed-term contract commencing June/July 2026Salary: £26,000 per annum (with 3% increment in Year 2)Hours: 30 hours per week (MondayFriday, including occasional evenings/weekends)Location: Home-based/Ballinderry War Memorial Hall, with some travel requiredAnnual Leave: 20 days plus public holidays (pro-rata)Pension: 5% employer contribution (minimum 3% employee contribution)Ballinderry War Memorial Hall was built in 1924 and is a Grade B1 listed building.
