Be a key player in our Provisioning team The Project Provisioning Coordinator role will be responsible for validation and management of allocated projects and cases. This role will also manage the team inbox as well as project provisioning queries and change requests. Additionally, you will be responsible for: • Managing and implementing changes for customer's managed services. Ensuring changes are completed within the customer's SLAs • Co-ordinating projects implementing various Network Services including ceases • Processing standard and complex customer and channel partner orders • Managing the group email inbox ensuring SLA and expectation targets are met • Managing end to end order management for licences, hardware and accessories, including raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, tracking fulfilment, and ensuring timely delivery • Maintaining effective communication with all customers, suppliers and partners • Ensuring all communication is accurately logged within the company CRM • Identifing any errors or potential pitfalls in the day-to-day operations, along with future possible issues that can affect the overall smooth running of the business • Undertaking any projects as delegated by the Management Team or any other relevant tasks • Providing Network Support to our customers within the Networks on call schedule Salary of £29k-£31k DOE 25 Days Holiday 8 Bank Holidays Hybrid working for a good work/life balance The talents we are excited to see You will have the following experience/skills: • Minimum of 1 year’s telecoms/customer service experience • Ability to manage multiple suppliers, product types and order workflows • PC literate: IT Microsoft office proficient • Exposure to databases • At least 5 GCSE’s Grades at ‘C’ level or above including Maths & English • Practical, organised with a keen eye for detail • Effective communicator with excellent telephone manner and ability to listen • Ability to work well in teams, self-starter, with a proactive attitude • Strong problem solving skills • Punctual with a good attendance record Your exclusive benefits • A comprehensive Private Healthcare and Cash Plan • Pension and life insurance • Entry to the £3,000 quarterly Dreamball draw • Personalised training and development pathways • Regular fully funded companywide events • Monthly ‘outstanding performer’ accolades • Enriching paid volunteering days • A rewarding Refer a friend scheme (£1,000) • The flexibility to adjust your holiday allowance (25 days pa) • Complimentary daily breakfasts in the office Where your values align with ours Work together to win together Be brave and think differently Own it and never give up Strive to be the best Stay curious and keep learning Meet Opus Established in 1992, we are different to the rest, priding ourselves on being a customer-driven and service-led technology provider.
