Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join a Complex PBS Supported Living service covering the Croydon and Caterham area. This role will see you lead and oversee up to 8 supported living placements, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex needs. You will be responsible for service delivery, staff management, and building strong relationships with commissioners and referrers, all while creating an environment where individuals can truly thrive.
