About the Role
As a founding member of the technical support team, you'll play a critical role in developing their customer service capability. You'll work hands‑on with customers while also helping define the systems, processes, and strategy that will support our growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement a robust support system, capturing repair data and known fixes
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery and knowledge sharing
* Conduct site visits to diagnose, repair, and support installations
* Provide clear, actionable feedback to engineering teams to drive product improvements
* Develop documentation, processes, and customer support best practices
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
* Contribute to team development and future growth strategy

Experience & Qualifications
* Full, clean driving licence (essential)
* Experience with high‑voltage systems, electric vehicles, or EV charging infrastructure (highly desirable)
* Background in field service, mobile support, or breakdown operations (3+ years preferred)
* Experience with remote diagnostics and troubleshooting tools
* Electrical qualifications (commercial or industrial) are advantageous
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar productivity tools
* Experience using CRM or service management systems is a plus
* Strong documentation and reporting skills
