Lead the Quality / Compliance activities for new product projects from initial concept to consumer during development and product transfer from R&D to site. Provide functional Quality support across the project lifecycle. Review and approve project‑related documents including product specifications, batch documentation, test methods, analytical validation reports, method transfer, process/product transfer protocols, and packaging documentation. Oversee change control, deviation, and CAPA processes for assigned projects. Support clinical supplies activities by approving and releasing clinical supplies, registration samples and consumer test supplies. Integrate customer and consumer insights into NPI projects and perform hyper‑care following launches. Build and maintain collaboration with R&D and QSC, detect potential issues early, resolve challenges swiftly, and ensure continuous improvement in product reliability and compliance.
