We are seeking a qualified Senior Carer with a valid SVQ3 or equivalent, experience in the administration of medication, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, working as part of a care team.

The Role
As part of a multidisciplinary team, our Senior Care Assistants have responsibility for assessing care needs and developing programs of care. They implement and evaluate these programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and outcomes for service users. The successful candidate will be expected to carry out all relevant forms of care without direct supervision, demonstrate procedures to and supervise SSSC registered care staff, and direct, coordinate, and supervise the work of other staff within the unit to promote best practice in relation to resident care.
Requirements
* SSSC registered
* SVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* PDA Medication or equivalent/ PDA Supervision or equivalent
* Previous experience at Senior level
* Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
