The Customer Service Centre Team Leader will deliver an excellent customer focused service, leading a high performing team of Customer Services Advisors and support the Services Delivery Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining systems and processes that deliver a superior customer contact experience

£34,434 (SP23) - £39,152 (SP28)

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:

* A level six qualification (e.g. Bachelors Degree, Graduate diploma) or above with 1 years relevant experience.

OR
A minimum of 3 years relevant experience (gained in the last 5 years) working in a telephone based customer service role dealing with incoming and outgoing calls and delivering results in a performance/target driven environment.

* A minimum of 1 years experience of leading a team (between 5 to 10 staff) to deliver results in a performance/target driven environment.
* Excellent level of IT literacy with demonstrable knowledge and use of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Word and Excel to analyse data and present reports.
* Experience of implementing safe working practices within a call handling environment.
