We are looking for someone to join our small but mighty team as Facilities Manager to provide support to our portfolio of 10 restaurants, 2 pubs and our boutique rooms, all set in amazing iconic buildings
across England and Wales.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in
multi-site facilities and property project management, preferably in pubs
or restaurants
* Strong project
management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deliver
within budget
* Excellent communication
and problem-solving abilities
* A hands-on,
solution-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day maintenance across the estate
* Lead small-scale refurbishment and capex projects
* Ensure health & safety and statutory compliance
* Manage maintenance budgets and contractor performance
* Support sustainability initiatives (energy, CO2, water use)
Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
