Where will you be working? We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers. Want to be a part of it? What will you be doing? You'll confidently plan and schedule all work orders using the scheduling system to effectively deliver the day and schedule each task to the correct resource in the most efficient way to ensure daily performance can be achieved taking into considering location and workload. You'll utilise all systems to ensure that accurate information is available to the operational resource, so they know what is required for each task. We'll need you to be confident in speaking and co-ordinating work to effectively manage the completion of all work orders. You'll escalate any potential cost of failure risk, to ensure we do not go into Section 74 overrun for not clearing sites on time. What you’ll bring Are you someone who is highly customer focused? Do you have great communication skills? Do you have the ability to act calmly and rationally in a stressful environment? Do you have previous planning and scheduling experience? Have you got proven knowledge of Streetworks & Traffic Management? An awareness of Health and Safety is also essential.What’s in it for you?
