1. Develop and implement business development strategies for the Litigation & IP practice areas.
2. Collaborate with leadership to identify and pursue new client opportunities.
3. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to guide strategic decision-making.
4. Oversee the creation of tailored marketing materials and client proposals.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
6. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver targeted business development initiatives.
7. Track and report on key performance metrics to assess the success of strategies.
8. Provide thought leadership and insights into industry developments within Litigation & IP.
