BAND: 4 JOB PURPOSE: To assist in the effective administration of the delivery of the NIHE's Statutory Compliance requirements in respect to Fire Safety, Building Services, Legionella and Asbestos within Housing Executive properties. REQUIREMENTS: 1. i) BTEC Higher or equivalent qualification PLUS one year's relevant administrative experience OR ii) BTEC National or equivalent qualification PLUS 2 years' relevant administrative experience OR iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning AND a minimum of 3 years' relevant administrative experience (Please include dates) APPLICATION PROCESS Application should be made using the on-line application form.
