From compliance and maintenance to catering, cleaning, and even the Spa — you’ll lead across multiple service areas, making sure everything is audit-ready, high-performing, and people-first. You’ll need to juggle hats, build strong relationships across our business units, and bring fresh thinking to how we operate. Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing Lead the charge on key facilities projects that make a real difference across the business. Drive service improvements and smash KPIs and SLAs with smart, proactive thinking. Own the budget — deliver value without cutting corners on quality. Keep it running — manage reactive and planned maintenance, utilities, catering, cleaning, reception, and Spa ops. Champion safety — stay audit-ready and make health & safety second nature. Be the glue — build strong relationships across AO to keep everything connected and running smoothly. A Few Things About You: A full UK driving licence - travel across AO locations is essential. Proven experience across all areas of responsibility listed. A strategic mindset with the ability to manage daily operations and long-term improvements. Desirable: NEBOSH or IOSH Level 4 (or above).
