Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Admin Assistant or GP Receptionist to support a GP Surgery in South Yorkshire.
The suitable candidate will have extensive experience working within NHS GP surgeries, using S1 to support the surgery on general administrative duties and patient care.
Location: Eckington, Sheffield
Hours: Up to 30hrs per week | Covering Wednesdays and Fridays as a minimum
Shifts: Flexible shift times covering anytime from 8am - 6pm (ensuring core hours are worked)
Pay: £14.84 LTD p/h (£13.75 PAYE Incl)
Contract: Locum | until July 2025 (extension possible)

Our established client are recruiting a locum Admin Assistant to help support the demands of the GP surgery - can you support?
Duties:
* Scheduling and Appointment Management:
Managing appointment calendars, booking appointments, and handling cancellations, ensuring effective communication over the phone, providing exceptional patient care.
* Patient Record Management:
Maintaining accurate and organized patient records, including electronic medical records.
* Communication:
Responding to patient inquiries (phone, email, in-person), relaying messages between patients and healthcare professionals.
* Documentation:
Typing letters, reports, and other documents for the practice, potentially including dictation from GP
* General Administrative Tasking
* Support of the wider GP team
