We are searching for an administration and finance assistant to join the team of 12 at the finance and accounts office based in Birmingham.
The Role includes (but is not limited to):
Administrative and reception support
Set up meeting rooms
Maintaining financial records
Organising invoices
First point of contact for all finance queries
Managing the shared finance inboxThe ideal candidate would have to be proactive and willing to take on a variety of jobs, who also has an interest in finance, as this is a great chance for a numerate individual who is seeking to get more into finance in the long term.
