About the Role
Our managed services provider is looking for a 2nd line engineer with a strong Microsoft bias who can bring new ideas and products to expand the service offering. You will be based in the Teesside office, working with customers on support and plenty of project work. The role is end‑to‑end, involving design, deployment, and ongoing service delivery. This position offers training, development, progression and the opportunity to have your ideas heard and implemented.

Responsibilities
* Provide second‑line support to customers, handling incidents and requests.
* Engage in project work and contribute to the expansion of the service portfolio.
* Design, deploy, and maintain solutions in a managed services environment.
* Collaborate with the team to generate new ideas and products that align with client needs.
Qualifications
* Experience working within a managed services provider.
* Strong Microsoft technology background and interest in emerging tech.
* Solid IT skill set across various disciplines.
* Customer‑facing experience and ability to work independently in an adult environment.
