We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our team. This role is key to supporting business decisions through accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. You will work closely with the Finance & Procurement Manager and key stakeholders across the organisation, to provide insights that drive performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
* Develop and maintain dashboards for financial performance monitoring to aid identification of trends, risks and opportunities
* Extract and validate data from accounting systems
* Provide data-driven insights to assist strategic decision-making
* Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes where possible
* Support month-end and year-end processes

Requirements
* Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of the financial markets
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Part-qualified or qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
* Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills, experience with financial systems (e.g. Sage)
* Strong communication skills to present complex data clearly

Remuneration:
Starting salary: £26,000 - £30,000 - depending on your experience, skills, and qualifications, plus the opportunity for growth based on your performance and contributions to the role.
